Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort was far from what I hoped for. Although the location offered stunning views, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not well-maintained and had evident hygiene issues, which greatly impacted my experience. The service was hit or miss, with some issues during check-in and room requests taking far too long. Overall, I would suggest looking elsewhere as the price does not justify the value received.
I had a lovely time at this resort, which is conveniently located right next to the Sarawak Cultural Village. The area around the hotel is beautiful, especially with Mount Santubong in the background, making for some lovely views. However, I encountered several maintenance issues during my stay, including a pool that wasn't very clean and facilities like the gym and spa that were closed. Overall, while I enjoyed the atmosphere, the hotel's current state felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.
My experience at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While the hotel offers beautiful scenery and a nice design, the maintenance is severely lacking. The room was dusty with a strange odor, and check-in was a hassle with long waits and unhelpful service. Dining options fell flat, particularly at breakfast, and many facilities were closed or unkempt. It wasn't worth the price considering the condition of the resort.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. On the one hand, the location was undeniably beautiful and offered some great scenery. On the other hand, the room was in poor condition, needing maintenance badly. The service left much to be desired, especially with the communication about facilities. Overall, while the setting is nice for relaxation, the resort really needs to up its game in terms of maintenance and services.
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were not clean or well-maintained, which made it hard to enjoy my time. On the bright side, the location was beautiful, nestled under the rainforest with a fantastic view. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired, and the facilities were poorly kept. I expected a lot more for the price I paid.
